Turn a Problem into a Prototype

Ein echtes Problem. Ein erster funktionierender Entwurf.

Turn a small, real problem into a working software prototype. Learn to specify, build and test with AI while keeping the scope manageable.

Who it is for.

Small teams and project initiators ready to investigate one concrete need.

What to bring.

Bring a clear problem, representative sample data and access to a potential test user. The facilitator checks feasibility and prepares the development environment before the sprint.

What you take away.

  • A working software prototype for one bounded use case.
  • A short specification and evidence from user and functional tests.
  • A development handover describing limitations and the next practical steps.

The challenge.

AI can produce software quickly, but the first working screen rarely proves that the right problem has been solved. How do you move from an idea to something another person can meaningfully test?

What you do.

  1. Day one: describe a user’s problem, choose one essential task and write acceptance checks. Sketch the simplest useful solution.

  2. Day two: build a prototype with AI and facilitator support. Use sample data and test each important step as it develops.

  3. Day three: observe someone using it, test failures and revise the design. Document what works, what remains uncertain and what further development requires.

Show what you have learned.

Show a failed test you resolved, explain one remaining limitation and demonstrate the prototype against your original acceptance checks.
