Turn Intent into Action

Verantwortung zeigt sich darin, was wir tun und weiterverfolgen.

Across two workshop days, two weeks apart, plan a small improvement, test it between sessions and review its effects with the people involved.

Who it is for.

People and small teams ready to improve something within their control.

What to bring.

Bring an idea you have permission to test. Allow additional time between workshop days for the agreed action.

What you take away.

  • A bounded action plan with responsibilities, commitments and a review date.
  • An evidence log documenting the test and its intended and unintended effects.
  • A review note with the next decision, its owner and any outstanding repair work.

The challenge.

A plan achieves little until someone acts. Choose a modest improvement to learning, work or community life. Practise carrying it through and adapting when its effects differ from your intentions.

What you do.

  1. On day one, define an achievable change, who it affects and what progress would mean. Agree a small test, responsibilities and conditions for stopping.

  2. Between workshop days, carry out the test with the necessary permission. Record actions, feedback, missed commitments and unexpected effects.

  3. On day two, review what happened with feedback from those involved. Decide what to continue, change or stop, and assign corrective action.

Show what you have learned.

Compare your commitments with your actions, explain the effects you observed and take ownership of an appropriate next step.
