AI Fluency · Proposed experience

One Agent. One Clear Mission.

Einen Auftrag delegieren. Die Kontrolle behalten.

Build an AI agent for one small mission. Define its tools, test its choices and decide when it must stop or ask for help.

Who it is for.

People ready to explore delegation after gaining basic experience with AI.

What to bring.

Bring a small mission and approved sample sources. A prepared environment supplies restricted tools; participants first practise the shared AI Fluency basics.

What you take away.

  • An agent prototype for one defined mission.
  • A delegation brief covering permissions, stopping rules and human review.
  • An action log and test report with unresolved failure cases.

The challenge.

An agent can take several steps towards a goal, which makes a vague instruction more consequential. How do you delegate a useful task while keeping its scope, permissions and success criteria clear?

What you do.

  1. Choose a bounded mission, such as comparing public information. Define approved sources, allowed tools, a step limit and the evidence needed for completion.

  2. Configure a prototype in a prepared environment. Add approval points and a visible record of the actions it takes.

  3. Test a normal case, conflicting information and an unexpected instruction in source material. Inspect its actions, stop it when needed and compare it with a simpler workflow.

Show what you have learned.

Explain an action from the log, demonstrate a stopping condition and justify whether the mission needs an agent at all.
